1. Acceptance of terms
By using Nerole Faceless, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any in-app disclosures presented before generation, purchase, or support actions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Nerole Faceless is also distributed through Apple channels. Where applicable, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies alongside these Terms.
2. Eligibility and account model
The app is designed for users who are legally able to accept these Terms. If you are under the age required by local law to enter a contract, you may use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Nerole Faceless uses anonymous authentication. Public-facing identity, profile editing, and social account linking are not required to use the core service.
3. Permitted use
You may use Nerole Faceless to create AI photos only when you have the lawful right, permission, and consent to use the reference media and any personal likeness involved.
- Create lawful, consent-based visual content.
- Use the app for creator campaigns, editorial storytelling, and brand-ready content production.
- Store generated outputs locally on your device or in iCloud Sync if you enable it.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes. This includes, without limitation:
- Non-consensual impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, or identity misuse.
- Child sexual abuse material, exploitative content, or attempts to sexualize minors.
- Violence, harassment, hate content, or unlawful threats.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity-rights, or contract violations.
- Reverse engineering, automated abuse, scraping, rate-limit circumvention, or payment fraud.
5. AI use, consent, and output boundaries
The app may send reference media, prompt instructions, and technical metadata to approved third-party AI processing providers in order to generate results, protect service integrity, or investigate failures.
You remain responsible for ensuring that:
- You have rights to upload the source media.
- You have consent to use any identifiable person in the media.
- Your use of the output complies with platform rules, local law, advertising rules, and any required model or talent releases.
6. User content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you lawfully provide, subject to any rights required for us and our processors to operate the service. You must not upload material that you do not own or control, or for which you do not have the required permissions.
We may remove, block, or refuse content if we reasonably believe it violates law, rights, policy, safety standards, or platform requirements.
7. Purchases, credits, and subscriptions
In-app purchases are handled by Apple and operationally managed through RevenueCat. Prices, taxes, currency conversion, billing authorization, subscription renewal timing, and refund handling follow App Store rules.
- Credits are digital consumables used only within the app.
- Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred between users, and are not redeemable outside the service.
- Subscription upgrades, downgrades, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Apple's billing system.
- If a verified service failure occurs, credits may be restored or adjusted based on technical records and payment state.
8. Availability, maintenance, and operational controls
We may suspend or limit access to protect users, investigate abuse, maintain infrastructure, comply with law, or respond to billing, moderation, or security incidents. The service may enter maintenance mode, generation may be temporarily disabled, or purchasing may be limited while issues are resolved.
9. Privacy and storage summary
Generated media is designed to remain on the device or in iCloud Sync. Nerole Faceless does not operate a permanent server-side user photo library for normal app use. Limited diagnostic, billing, support, abuse-prevention, and report-related data may still be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access, adjust balances, remove content, or ban accounts if we believe there is abuse, fraud, policy violation, or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of the account data that we control, subject to lawful retention requirements.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI outputs are probabilistic and may not always meet creative, factual, legal, or commercial requirements. You are responsible for final review before publication, distribution, or monetization.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerole AI and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, brand harm, or third-party claims arising from your use of the service.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, billing, safety, or operational changes. Material updates may be published on this site and, where appropriate, surfaced in-app before continued use.
