Does Nerole Faceless keep user photos on its servers?
No. The standard product flow is designed so generated media stays on the device or in iCloud Sync. We do not operate a permanent server-side user photo library for normal app use.
What data may be processed by third parties?
Generation requests may involve third-party AI processing, billing infrastructure, delivery protection, and self-hosted backend services. The Privacy Policy lists categories, purposes, and retention boundaries.
How do subscriptions, upgrades, and downgrades work?
Billing is handled by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. Subscription renewals, upgrades, downgrades, billing retries, and cancellations follow App Store rules.
Can users create images of another person?
Only if they have the legal right, consent, and authority to use that person’s image. Harmful impersonation, abusive deepfakes, and rights-violating uploads are prohibited.
